Cell phone use while driving has been banned in many cities and states because of the many fatalities they have caused. In places where cell phone use is banned in cars while driving, the state asked that people pullover to the side of the road or off the road completely in order to accept a phone call on their cell phone.

The LED lights are powered through solar panels that harness the sun’s energy and can keep the LED lights going for up to 12 hours at a time.
